3. Service & Liability

Strategic recruitment parameters for corporate entities:

Fee structures (e.g., 8.3% of CTC or direct placement fees) are governed by specific client-partner service agreements.

While RecrutaGroup executes high-fidelity verification, the absolute hiring decision remains with the enterprise principal.

Candidate replacement guarantees are subject to the specific terms outlined in your custom Service Engineering Document.

RecrutaGroup is not liable for indirect or consequential losses beyond the explicitly stated scope of our recruitment mandates.

4. Candidate Directives

By submitting professional assets, you authorize RecrutaGroup to store, process, and present your profile to strategic client-partners. Any verified falsification of credentials results in immediate termination of recruitment services and permanent exclusion from our talent network.
